How do I add an account user?

You can add an account user by logging into your Active Screening account and hovering over "My Account." You will see four options pop up, click on "Account Users." At the top right you will see “Create User,” click on this option. You will input the user’s information including the username and password. Be sure to choose the permissions you would like the user to have under the “System Security” menu.  By selecting “Account Administrator” you will give full permission to the account. If you would like for this person to receive email notifications, you will want to change the Delivery Method to “email.” Once you have finished inputting the user information, you will click create.
