Where can I find an applicant’s report after 72 hours?

After 72 hours, the applicant’s background check will not appear on the “Order Progress” board on your home screen. In order to find the report, you will click on the “Look Up” tab. Here, you can search by first and last name or even date range. After you decide the best way to search for the report click “Search” and you can view the report. If you are unable to find a specific report, try narrowing down the search criteria.
